Please help the young and less fortunate
Please take a few minutes to read
This year I’m helping to organise and taking part in a 250 mile weekend cycle ride event in Norfolk, followed by Four day 100 mile Scotland kayak event
The bike…….Preparation is well under way with leading the dates for training rides all sorted; I’m going to ride the route in April to check for last minute changes and safety etc
Kayak….Preparation is zero…the last time I sat in a kayak was a school trip to Calshot when I was 13…what could go wrong?
In these hard times, my nominated charities fo this years events need you more than ever
