Milton Keynes' Rugby Club's legendary 'Ring of Fire' ROF annual charity ride.
CYCLING : 250 miles over the three days. 1. Fifty Mile Friday (Skeyton to Cley and back) 2. The Saturday 100 mile Norfolk Rugby Clubs loop 3. The Hangover Sunday East Norfolk trundle.
