Replace The Strand's Carpet

The Strand is not proud of the inclusion of Al Jolnson as a Black faced minstrel alongside screen legends on its vintage cinema carpet.  It needs to go!  But unfortunately it needs to be replaced. 
(It has already been replaced it in 2 areas of the building but one last, fairly public, area needs address.)
As a not-for-profit film and arts centre with barely the income or reserves to keep its doors open and boiler going, we are asking all those who agree to give a little to help make this happen.
