Having supported a survivor for part of their journey, I know how incredibly important this charity and all of the work they do really is. The impacts to a person's life after an unwanted sexual act or sexual attack can be severe and affect them and their loved ones in many ways, for many years. Learning to accept and love yourself again is a marathon not a sprint!
