My bike hasn’t turned a wheel since I got back from Bordeaux in May, but I am going to risk losing the skin from my special place again and participate in the 2023 Ring of Fire cycle ride.
This time we will be cycling 250 miles over 2.5 days in Norfolk for the joint benefit of 3 charities that mean a lot to me personally and my local community;
