Elvia, Lisa and I are doing the Solar Walk on 14th September, a grueling (I think so anyway!) 13 mile walk from Bishopthorpe to Selby (ish) with some friends, to raise money for the York Down Syndrome Support Group. Would be smashing if you would sponsor Elvia for it.....you can even come along if you like :)
