Suzanne's 3 Peaks Challenge

At the end of July I'll be taking part in the Three Peaks Challenge for a wonderful charity called Georges Rockstars!
The challenge will include climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell and Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) within 24-hrs! Although i have climbed them all in my youth, combining all three in 24 hrs is going to be such a challenge both physically and mentally! 
Training has started and i hope to update tyou all as i progress....

They are a small charity that provide music therapy within childrens hospital wards. It was set up after losing their own son George, who found joy during music therapy sessions while undergoing treatment in hospital.

For children who have life threatening illnesses or disabilities, music therapy can be an extremely effective way of helping them to communicate their thoughts, feelings and worries during difficult and stressful times.
