Boss It Ultra Gower in Aid of Paul Popham Fund I will be completing a 50k Ultra Marathon along the Gower Coastline in aid of the Paul Popham Fund, Renal Support Wales on 4th September 2021.
I am a member of the Paul Popham Running Club, and have been since around 2018. Since that time I have taken part in a variety of races from 10k to a marathon. However, this will be my biggest challenge to date and a test of not only my mental strength but endurance. Throughout the pandemic I have continued to train for a variety of challenges and have very recently taken up trail running. This is what caught my attention on running an Ultra.
Since the support of the Paul Popham Running Club has helped me to achieve my goals. I think it is only right that I will be raising money for the Paul Popham Fund, Renal Support Wales, a charity which is very close to my heart and provides kidney patients a better quality of life.
