I really can’t run apart from a last minute sprint to the bar at last orders so when it was mentioned last year whilst I was on the floor knackered after a gym class that the Riff Raff Society (supporting Mancs through tough times) was planning a ladies charity Manchester marathon team, I laughed and promptly hyperventilated at the thought. After a few glasses of wine to rehydrate I signed up.
Hayley has had it tough losing her partner Rob to sudden heart failure then herself battling through and winning her way back from Ovarian Cancer and much more.
The Riff Raff are planning to send Hayley and her children Adam & Chloe to Lapland this Christmas as a thank you to the children for being so amazing through this horrendous experience.
I don’t know Hayley personally but she’s a local mum of two just like me and I’d like to help her and her children get to Lapland by crawling 26 miles over probably a week and any donations would really help me do it
