On 15th October, I will be running the Bath Half for Headway. Headway Bath & District is a small local charity that provides specialist support and cognitive rehabilitation for adults who have sustained an acquired brain injury (through accident, injury, trauma), along with their family members and carers. They operate day services throughout the week in Bath, online groups, and bespoke one-to-one support in people’s homes and their local communities, across Bath and North East Somerset, and West Wiltshire.
