Imara is a specialist, early intervention service based in Nottinghamshire that provides therapy and support to children, teens and their families following a disclosure or discovery of child sexual abuse. Imara aims to empower all young people and families affected by sexual abuse to recover by providing access to pre-trial trauma-informed creative arts therapies, specialist risk and needs assessment, information, advice and consistent contact throughout the criminal justice process, and support with education, health, housing and financial concern.

About St Helen's 10k
