Coast 2 Coast Cycle for Just for Women's Centre

I'm doing the C2C cycle route on the 6&7 of September 2013 from Whitehaven to Sunderland in order to raise some funds to help this valuable community resource keep going. There is a facebook and YouTube link below that highlights some of the women attending the centre and the valuable work it undertakes. it provides a safe environment for women who may be suffering from depression, mental health issues or have been the victim of domestic violence. Please help support there work as they receive very little funding from public sources and help some of the most vulnerable people around. Don't forget even the smallest of donations WILL make a huge difference to these Ladies.
