BARCELONA MARATHON - EXPRESS CIC

I will be running my third marathon in Barcelona on the 13th March. After a good chat with a colleague of mine I decided to raise money for the Express CIC charity. This charity is working in the local community supporting families living with autism. Please give what you can, thank you. Express CIC was set up in 2012 by two parents of children on the autism spectrum. Based in Kingston upon Thames we help support young people with autism and their families and raise autism awareness in the community. We provide Arts Therapy Groups, Siblings Groups and Parent/ Carer support. In 2015 Express opened a busy office in Tolworth and we are working on our bigger project of 'creating a hub in the heart of the community, supporting young people with autism and their families, a place for everyone
