About
As some of you remember, last year at the grand old age of 42 I had a crazy idea that I was going to learn to run. It's not been an easy ride as I struggled with an injury in the first few months yet in September I completed my first 10k running in the Swansea Bay (yep it nearly killed me). This year I've decided to continue with the running and also take on a new challenge - cycling - I can hear the laughter now especially from my work colleagues who had the pleasure of cycling with me a few years ago on a 30 mile charity ride. I couldn't sit down for a week. This years challenges will include: March - Llanelli Half Marathon April - 22 Mile walk Rhossili2Mumbles April - Wear Wally 10 mile run June - Swansea Half Marathon August - Cycle Paris 2 Swansea September- Swansea 10K October Cardiff Half Marathon October Cardiff INVNCBL Feb 2018 Wales Hoka Trail Half Marathon Others will be added throughout the year I will be fundraising for an amazing local charity right here in swansea the Paul Popham Fund. Check out their page above to see all the great work they do in Wales. Thank you ❤️
