This year I decided that I would take myself out of my comfort zone and do things to challenge myself. Being terrible with outdoors-y things, most of my challenges have involved the great outdoors. So far, I have survived Go Ape, camping at Glastonbury festival, a 13-mile charity midnight walk, and a 125mph 3-lap ride in an Ariel Atom racecar. To most people these things sound like a riot - to me they were massively daunting! (Most did turn out to be fun, once I got over my fear!)
My next challenge might be the toughest for me to overcome yet - I am going to abseil 200ft down the council building in Aylesbury (the eggbox building). I am doing this for Aylesbury's Youth Bank charity, and I would love it if you could support me in this by helping me raise my required target of £150.
It would also be amazing if you could come down on Saturday 7th September and cheer me on/watch me make a complete fool of myself for charity!
I am also also accepting suggestions for my next challenge before the year is out!
