Great to be supporting local mum Kris Wardle by running the Manchester 10k with my Dean. He had no choice - Shelley Jones could get abducted if we don't turn up and look after her.
In all seriousness we are very proud to represent Kris and the Riff Raff Mob and be part of the team.
