Hoping to raise funds for Lorn & Oban Healthy Options whilst walking around Europe in May and June.
My target is to raise £700 which is the cost of getting one person though the 12 week programme.

Helping People Live Healthier Lives
Healthy Options is a charity working with people who have, or are at risk of developing, life-long health conditions. We deliver a 12-week Specialist Programme called ADAPT which helps clients learn the skills, tools and coping strategies to improve their own health, wellbeing and quality of life whilst living with a long-term condition.
It costs circa £700 per client on our 12 week programme. Our service is offered completely free or heavily subsidised to all of our clients.
