Grace’s Raffle and Ribbons!

We’re selling raffle tickets and handmade ribbons in Grace’s name to raise money for the fabulous charity PADS.

It's £2 a raffle ticket, once you have made your donation please let me know and I will assign you your raffle ticket number(s).

As I’m sure you’re all aware our little Grace was given a prenatal diagnosis of Down Syndrome.
We weren’t expecting this, we never thought that something like this could happen to us, but it did! 
Naturally we were terrified of the unknown, we weren’t educated in Down Syndrome and really didn’t know what this meant for ours, our boys or our baby girls future.
We got lots of general information but it was when we came across Positive About Down Syndrome (PADS) that we got the support that we truly needed at that scary time!
I joined their ‘Great Expectations for Pregnant Mums expecting little ones with DS’ facebook group and I instantly felt a million times better - to see other women and their families going through exactly the same as us was a huge comfort! They also have groups for expectant dads (which Jack was part of), grandparents and other family members - we were entering a whole new world we weren’t previously aware of, and it was nothing but positive!!!!
Thanks to PADS we have learnt so much about Down Syndrome, and now our darling Grace is here we cannot imagine life without her. She and her brothers (who absolutely dote on her) have completed our family and we wouldn’t change it for the world! 
Down Syndrome is not scary, it’s a true blessing and it should be celebrated!! 

All we need to do is spread the word and raise awareness!
