so being brave I have decided to take part in the almighty Abseil.. I will be abseiling down the county tower (200ft high) in Aylesbury town centre.. the tallest building in the Vale(not scared at all) on the 7th September 2013, it would be amazing to have as many people come and support this act of bravery or stupidity...
I have lived in Aylesbury the majority of my life and felt like it was a great place to grow-up, I used to have the freedom to play out in the streets with my friends go to the parks alone and experience a real care free childhood , however this day and age it’s not so easy for young people to walk out of their home, and now I have young nephews and a niece and I believe it is up to us as a community to have a safe community they can grow in, with lots to do to keep the young minds active and occupied, knowing they can meet new children and build great friendships in a safe environment where they can get support and good directions.. it now our time to give back.. let them enjoy what we were so lucky to have...
