Include Youth Relay Team: Belfast Marathon

Include Youth have a team of staff & young people who are running the relay in the Belfast Marathon on Monday 1st May 2017 along with teams from FintrU our charity partner. FintrU offer a bespoke vendor service specialising in Outsourcing for Global Financial Services. Our staff and young people have been practicing by taking part in an organised 5K challenge with FintrU. Include Youth is a regional rights-based charity for young people in or leaving care from disadvantaged communities or whose rights are not being met to improve their employability and personal development. The young people we work with and for includes those from socially disadvantaged areas, those who have had poor educational experiences, those from a care background, young people who have committed or are at risk of committing crime, misusing drugs or alcohol, undertaking unsafe sexual behaviour or other harmful activities, or of being harmed themselves. Fundraising can pay for accredited qualifications for our young people (in Essential Skills, Personal Development & Employability), programming costs, interview clothes and social and educational visits.
