On 15 September I will be running the Richmond Marathon - to see if I can. It also seemed a fantastic opportunity to raise some much needed funds for the charity I have volunteered with since 2016; Cruse Bereavement Care.
When someone dies some of us are able to work through our grief without the need for support beyond our circle of family and friends. For others, however, this may be difficult and Cruse offers support which enables the bereaved to move forward with their lives and find their way of accommodating their loss.
If you would like to sponsor me I will be tremendously grateful to you and am sure your generosity will help me keep going when the running gets really hard and I want to stop - which I won't!
