Hello,
Most of you know I like to get out on my bike – often with friends for a pub lunch !! My 100mile cycle on 4th August will definitely be a different sort of ride but I want to use the challenge to raise much needed funds for Oxfordshire Cruse.
The death of someone close can be shattering and everyone experiences grief differently. None of us actually knows, until it happens to us, how we will manage. For those who are struggling, the trained volunteers at Cruse offer one to one support so clients can explore their feelings and work towards moving forward in their lives.
