Karin Carruthers tackles Tough Mudder!!!
In June 2020, I will be taking part in the 10 mile obstacle challenge, Tough Mudder, to raise money for the The Pennoyer Centre in Pulham St. Mary.
The centre is an important part of the community, holding many events to the benefit of residents and visitors to the area. It is also a popular meeting point that brings people together, through all walks of life.
As a Trustee of the centre, I would like to try to raise £3,000 to assist with the running of the centre and to develop it even further as the hub of the community. To start myself off, I will be donating £10 for every obstacle I complete, of which there are 25.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me to reach my goal, by donating as much as you can afford, however small, as every little helps.
After the event, I promise to share the photos of me covered in mud. Thank you.
Hi Karin - looks like hard work! Well done. Love from Diana & Josh. X
good luck Karin, you can do it.love Katie A
Just to let everyone know, I am fully back into training mode! As you can see my PT instructor got me training straight away with a 10k weighted vest and 2 x 12.5kg weights. I am aching everywhere!
can you do it in one of those wigs you mentioned yesterday? Although we suspect it will end up stamped in the mud (make a good picture and mark a new start in your ever-generous life) Jo and Tony x

About Tough Mudder
It's time to get out of your comfort zone and face 25 obstacles set among 8-10 miles of slippery mud. With a mix of mental and physical challenges new and old, the only way to earn that headband is to take on the course with your team.
