Ian and Kirstie's Jumping Out A Plane Page

A short while ago, a joint rugby friend of ours posted a plea for help with a charity event. As ever, under the influence of alcohol, because hey no great adventure ever started with a carrot based drink, we agreed to assist with the call for help. So on the 11th June we will be partaking in a tandem skydive in Oxford from approx 10,000-13,500 feet. It will be less flying and more falling without any style or dignity. As if jumping out of a plane strapped to a random stranger, when we both have a profound fear of heights wasn't enough, alcohol said, hey why not do it in the rugby top of our local love-to-hate rivals. So Ian will be wearing a Tigers shirt and I will be wearing a, ahem, Saracen's top. Now if you managed to read through all that and you are still here - what is this in aid of? This jump is on behalf of Collett School for Special Educational Needs. This place if education is an extraordinary Special Educational Needs school of fantastic children and wonderful adults who love 'difference' and seek to 'thrive in life'. Collett is a happy school as a result of the respectful relationships within our wide community who are supported to see the abilities in disability.
