I'll be running couch to 5K, in support of Carers Trust South East Wales. My aim is to raise £200 – Any money you kindly donate would be massively appreciated and all money raised will benefit a brilliant Welsh charity that supports the amazing role unpaid carers play in our local communities.
About Carers Trust South East Wales A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without their support. Carers Trust South East Wales provides services supporting carers and their families. Fundraising allows us to raise vital funds to carry out the work we do supporting carers and all money raised goes towards the services we run for carers and people with care needs.
