Hackney Half for Prospex

I'm running the Hackney Half on behalf of Prospex. Prospex is a passionate grass roots youth charity that supports vulnerable young people to build key life and employment skills. Founded in 2001, we have an excellent reputation in supporting many young people 8-21 years who are directly impacted by poverty and social deprivation to achieve real success in their lives. We are based in Islington (North London) and work with young people with low self-esteem, poor school attendance and may be at risk of falling into a lifestyle of knife crime, gangs, drugs and violence. Prospex addresses these negative influences by enabling young people to build confidence, establish meaningful social networks, develop lasting friendships, gain new experiences, develop training and employment skills, reach individual goals and become responsible adults who are able to build positive futures.
