Hello everyone...
I am running the 2019 Brighton Marathon! As you may well know, I am hardly the most active of people, I would much rather be running to the door to get the pizza delivery than training to run a marathon, but here we are!
What will make it all worth it, is knowing I am running in aid of Survivors Network. Survivors Network is a Brighton charity that supports sexual abuse survivors, through counselling, advocacy, peer support and group work. Sadly, like many local charities, they are severely underfunded with an average wait time of 18 months for counselling. Hence, every little bit donated will be vital in allowing the Survivors Network to continue and develop its amazing service!
