March is here already... And its a Special month. On the 21st day of the 3rd month we celebrate world downsyndrome day. The 21st day of the 3rd month signifys the 3 copy's of the 21st chromosome causing downsyndrome. I am currently doing a fitness plan with keris Louise fitness she has challenged her girl gang to walk 263.3 miles in just 46 days. Whilst doing this I thought it's a great way to help raise some money for the amazing registered charity positive about downsyndrome who are very close to our hearts and do incredible non profit work for the new and expectant mother with a positive downsyndrome result. Helping people see the real every day lifes of families with downsyndrome and not the outdated negative content that we find on the Internet. As little as £1 would be so greatly appreciated.
