I am running the MK rocket 5k on Saturday 2nd May 2020 and the MK Half Marathon on Sunday 3rd May 2020 to raise money for St. Mark's Meals in Milton Keynes. This is a charity that provides meals to some of the most vulnerable families in Milton Keynes in the form of meal boxes (containing ingredients and instructions). This helps some of the poorest children in MK to get a decent meal, thereby helping them to study at school and enjoy life.
