MKRUFC RING OF FIRE 30 HOUR SPINATHON
MKRUFC is hosting a 30 hour SPINATHON to coincide with the RING OF FIRE 22 BORDEAUX RING bike ride. Whilst 40+ cyclists and their support team hammer out 500 miles over five days in SW FRANCE, we will host 'spinning on 4 x stationary training bikes in the MKRUFC CLUB HOUSE in Milton Keynes. Members, players, friends of the club, pressed men and willing and unwilling parents of players...all welcome. Please book your spinning slot and come and join. No experience required as full on the job training provided. No lyra? No problem.
This activity is open to all. Please give it a go. Bring your friends along too to join in the throng
