Non's Dry August

Hello, My name is Non. This August I am going to be giving up alcohol for a month. For me this is going to be a challenge, good for my health and an opportunity to raise some money for a very worthwhile charity but for others giving up alcohol is necessary, difficult and involves recovering from addiction. I used to volunteer for Recovery Cymru – a friendly, supportive organisation that helps people who are in recovery from addiction. Recovery Cymru has venues in Cardiff and Barry and offers practical and emotional support as well as opportunities to socialise without alcohol in socials such as cookery and music. Please help me to raise some money for RC by sponsoring my Dry August.
