Nottingham Women's Centre is run by women, for ALL women. We have over 50 years’ experience helping women to become stronger and more independent from our holistic space on 30 Chaucer Street where we offer support services, wellbeing courses and activities, advice, a safe space, free access to one of the country's only remaining women's libraries and lots more!

Christmas 2025

Christmas can be a difficult time for those in need, especially the women we support throughout the year. Every year Nottingham Women's Centre supports women and their families who are suffering from severe and multiple deprivation and Christmas is a key time for this support.

Donating money at Christmas can help our charity provide vital support, safety, and opportunities for women in need throughout the festive season and beyond.

Your donation will help Nottingham Women’s Centre offer a warm, welcoming space with refreshments and access to counselling support for women who may be struggling over Christmas.

How the funding will be spent

Funding is urgently needed to allow us to run a varied programme of events throughout the Christmas period. We also want to ensure that women who are facing a hard time over Christmas receive a gift from us, as it may be the only one they are given. 
We rely heavily on donations to support those in our community who need us most. With your help we can bring some festive cheer to many women who are facing poverty and isolation and carry on our vital support throughout the Winter months!
