Prudential Ride LondonSurrey 100 mile Challenge

Express Charity in the Community support adults and children with Autism in Kingston Upon Thames, which is visited twice on the RideLondon event. I volunteer at least once a week with Express CIC and devote my time to assisting those on the Autistic spectrum to achieve meaningful employment. This is often their first full-time or part-time role where navigating recruitment processes provide additional challenges as well as many organisations who are not open to the idea of employing people who are on the spectrum.
