I have now completed the 107 miles from Wolverhampton to Aberdovey on my trusty bike. This is a wonderful and growing event which is run by the Wolverhampton Police in aid of local charities. This year I have ridden for the Nechells POD to help them in their great work within the community of Nechells in Birmingham. The POD is a community action organisation with a wonderful facility in Nechells which needs all the support we can give, to enable them to continue their valuable work helping people to better their lives. Please do continue to pledge your support for them, this page will be active for some time yet. June 15th was the date, I thought I hadn't done enough training but in the end, all was fine and having set off at 6:30 I crossed the finish line around 2pm which I was most pleased with. On the day I joined over 700 riders in completing this epic journey, and there was plenty of willing each other on! Thank You
