Survivors' Network do phenomenal work supporting survivors of sexual violence and abuse in Sussex. I'm proud to be running for them.
UPDATE: As the Brighton Half Marathon has been moved to October, I'm going to take on a new (and for me a lot harder) challenge:
I'm going to RUN 5KM EVERY DAY IN JULY!
5km is not far for me, but everyday for a month feels like much more of a challenge than running a half marathon
I'll also aim for the Brighton Half in October, but will need to see closer to the time if I'm able to do it.
p.s. don't think that because I've run lots before, this is going to be easy! I promise I'll earn your money!!😀
