Samantha and Lauren's Abergavenny 3 peaks
We are fundraising for Flamingo Chicks May 100. Our challenge is our biggest yet! Hiking the three peaks in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire in May - Sugarloaf, Skirrid and Blorenge on 23rd May and we are ready to smash it!
With our hiking boots and fitbits at the ready we have been training for the last few months taking hikes and runs! Sam's daughter Florence has a rare chromosome deletion and autism, Flamingo Chicks has been part of her life since she was 3 years old and Florence has achieved many great memories. More recently Florence and her sister were able to dance to Strictly star Oti Mabuse - watch our video below. Flamingo Chicks is a lifeline not only for disabled children to dance in an inclusive environment but for the siblings, family and carers to have a network.
If you can help us by donating for our challenge we will be very grateful! We can promise plenty of selfie photos and giggles on the way!
Lots of love Sam and Lauren xxx
Well done Lauren and Sam, Aunty Nansi & Uncle Stew
Had to get you up to £400 ; )
Our latest hike of the Sugarloaf together. It was soooo windy at the peak we could barely walk it but we smashed it!
