I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer with a passion to help women walk in freedom, in confidence and being bold to be who they are created to be. Threw fitness classes I get to encourage men and women to love and embrace who they are now whilst on a journey to achive their fitness/body goals. We all have hang ups with our bodies no matter our shape but learning to love yourself now is the start to a better you both physically and mentally. Our first challenge as a fitness group is to walk to roseberry topping and when there strip down to our bathers or bikinis and climb up and down it embracing our bodies and being proud and brave to bare our hang ups. Supporting each other showing self love being bold to say this is me and I'm proud. A Way Out charity works with vulnerable women from all walks of life so because this is close to my heart I'd like my business to help support this charity.
