I've been a keen supporter of Sporting Family Change (SFC) for many years and have decided to set myself my own personal challenge walking from Hanham in Bristol to the Brecons starting on 28 August. Hanham is my hometown and the challenge is to walk 70 miles in as short a time as possible during the 48 hours that follow. I won't be alone and will be making the journey with 3 friends, Joe, Steve and Max who are also keen to support SFC. All funds raised will help SFC support local parents who've experienced trauma or are suffering with PTSD due to violence, abuse or neglect. Any donation you make will really help spur the guys on.
