Can't join us in person? All sessions will be live streamed for you to join in at home, with friends, or at your current yoga studio. Can't make those times? We would love you to host your own event for Imara!

CAN I?We believe you can! We encourage you to go at your own pace and there's no pressure to complete 108. Sessions are suitable for people of all ages and abilities- we'll offer modifications and encouragement!

About Sun Salutations for Imara
Over four weeks, we will be completing 432 sun salutations to honour Imara's clients. Sponsor us for our weekly yoga practice as we complete 108 sun salutations each week. We welcome people to join us in person in Nottingham, online via our live stream, or by hosting their own 432!
