Coast 2 Coast: Raising awareness for Mental Health

This week we have seen even more sad news about people taking their own lives in desperation, because they've had enough and because life has become too much.
We need to help.  We need services to be more accessible, to be within our communities and to be there when they are needed, not months down the line.
So, the team at Unmasked Mental Health are doing their bit.  On the 2nd September they are cycling from Blackpool to Whitby in a day, thats over 151 miles, yes in one day!
One in four people suffer mental distress.  Look around you, that could be your brother, your father, your best friend, your cousin. Many people suffer in silence, not wanting friends and family to know what they are going through.
Unmasked have peer hubs and affordable counselling services to support anyone in need. To run these, they need your help.
A small donation goes a long way at Unmasked.  That donation helps someone in distress, someone who can't see a way forward, someone who needs their help.
