24 hour digital detox for digital inclusion

Hello, I am a 15 year old girl and I'm addicted to my phone and laptop. I'm going to do a 24 hour digital detox to raise money for West London Welcome's 'Study and Training Fund' which helps refugees and asylum seekers pay for college courses in computers and other subjects. It won't be easy but I'm interested in challenging myself to go without any screens for 24 hours, which I've never done before. My Mum says it will be good for me. I'll be screen-free from 6pm Saturday May 5th for 24 hours. Please support me in my efforts to 'get off the screens', as my mother often says, and simultaneously raise money for people who cannot afford to study.
