About How many peaks can we reach
When I had PNI it felt as though I would never get better, as though every step I took was an uphill battle, it was hard to put one foot in front of the other but I managed to push on through and eventually became well again. I am launching a physical event in my workplace to walk, run or climb to benefit this amazing charity – let's see how far people can go between now and the 31st March. You could be walking with colleagues at lunchtime, taking your dog out, running in the gym or literally climbing a mountain, whatever you can manage and gain sponsorship from colleagues, family and friends between now and the end of the month, which is Mother’s Day so fits perfectly with the International Woman’s Day launch and Mothers for Mothers, the charity that we are supporting. I'm going to be walking up something BIG between now and then. Please make a donation or get involved! Thanks :D
