Myself and my husband Richard have set ourselves the challenge of running the York 10K to raise funds for a local support group which has and still does support our family. York Down Syndrome Group is a parent run support group offering advice and support for those lucky enough to have a family member with Down syndrome, and they do a fantastic job. We found great support from them at a difficult time and would now like to give something back..
