The Charmouth Dragon winds its way from the Jurassic Coast to the quiet villages and bustling towns of the Dorset, Devon and Somerset borders, bringing local fruit and veg, bread and cheese, sausage and pickle to local people. A project of the Peasant Evolution Producers Cooperative, we are working to rekindle the market community and village shop atmosphere along our weekly routes.

Our project's purpose is to rekindle within our community the magic of real food. To nurture local markets for local producers. To provide face to face, friendly and healthy food shopping especially for rural people with limited mobility. To rebuild community. We encourage our coop farmers to take part in sales, with an hourly wage to help make that possible. We welcome young people to learn more about food and farming through workshops and farm visits. And we make a very fine farmhouse cheese.
