Running from Liverpool to manchester

Hi I'm Adam Jones and I'm raising money for Charlotte's Brightside as it is a great charity and does lots for the local community to support young people's development. I have trained really hard to compete in the Liverpool to Manchester 50 mile race on 2nd April 2018. I have trained through broken bones, through absolute agony and logged my training on facebook to show people how hard I train so that they can be generous enough to donate to my chosen charity.
