Why the community needs usOur work is focused on enabling our diverse community to become involved in creating and enjoying expressive arts and by doing so to promote community confidence, community cohesion, better health and community enjoyment of North Lanarkshire. We make life better in North Lanarkshire for everyone who takes part.
Our impact on the communityOur theatre plays a central role in bringing together and working creatively with the communities of North Lanarkshire, the second most socially deprived area in Scotland after Glasgow. In 2018, more than 36,000 people, equivalent to 11% of the local population, will participate in our varied programmes and events. In the last year, we've organised six new productions, a popular Christmas show, plus 450 classes, seminars and talks covering drama, comedy, music, dance and more.
