Actonians LFC

We are a women's & girls football club based in Acton in West London. We run 12 teams from U9-adult women, catering for all females from 5 to 40+.We run weekly training sessions and play weekly league games. In addition to this we also hope to run general fitness sessions, nutritional workshops, a women's vets team and generally promote sport in the local area. Our aim is to develop individuals on and off the pitch, encouraging them to lead active healthy lives and be good team mates and people.

Why the community needs us
Sport brings people together who would perhaps not mix otherwise. This has huge benefits to the local community in increasing tolerance and appreciation of our differences in addition to the general health benefits an active lifestyle can provide.

Volunteers needed

Match day helpers for home games in West London. 4 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Club kit and post match food included.
