Money raised will go to build and fit out two extra rooms on our respite facility, The Ferns, meaning that we can offer an extra 730 nights of respite care A YEAR to people with Autism. Meaning their families will have a much earned break

Why they need our service

We need two extra rooms at our respite facility, The Ferns, as there is a desperate shortage of Autism specific respite care available in this area.

Plan and expected results

We will have more capacity for people to come to us for respite care, both overnight, but also day care and wraparound care. Potentially, these rooms offer an extra 730 nights of respite a year. This would help to shorten our waiting list and prevent the amount of crisis and emergency care that is used, due to a shortage in planned care.
