At Fitzrovia Youth in Action (FYA), young people are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that when young people are given trust, support, and responsibility, they can achieve incredible things, not just for themselves, but for the whole community.

For over 28 years, we’ve been creating spaces where young people can feel safe, valued, and inspired. From organising community festivals to running peer education projects and campaigns around mental health, every project is designed and led by young people themselves. That’s what makes FYA unique, we don’t just work for young people, we work with them, so they can be the ones leading change.

Every year, hundreds of young people step up to make a difference through our programmes, and thousands of local residents come together at the events they organise. The result is a stronger, more connected community where young people feel proud of who they are and where they live.
