Our Matrix approved advisers are here to assist with with your social and economic integration into the UK. RETAS supports service users with a number of employment and education related matters including: Job searches/ applications, CV writing, Interview prep, College and University applications, Researching and securing training courses, Re-qualification, NARIC (getting your qualifications from abroad converted to UK equivalency), IT (computer) skills aMoney management skills

Why they need our service

Refugee unemployment is far higher than any other UK disadvantaged/ethnic minority groups due to multiple barriers to employment, including language, cultural and job market differences, a lack of UK work experience and employer misunderstanding.
